Dawn joined the Town Council in September 2025. She will be assisting the Town Clerk with Council administration and also be helping Beverley with hirers and bookings for the Chantry Centre.

Andy joined the Town Council in September 2025. He was an engineer designing HVAC systems before going into hotel maintenance so brings lots of useful knowledge and experience to his role looking after the Chantry Centre.

Beverley started work with the Town Council on 20th September 2022. Beverley is responsible for looking after bookings and hirers at the Chantry Centre.

Deborah joined Billericay Town Council in January 2014. She has nearly 20 years experience of working as a local Government Clerk and administers the duties and responsibilities of the Council as well as overseeing the smooth running and maintenance of the Chantry Centre.
